If you have a question, perhaps you'll find the answer right here. If you don't see you particular query addressed here, all you need to do is call us (if you're in a hurry) or send an email (if you're not in a big hurry) and our reservation specialists will get you taken care of.


We always want our clients to make a fully informed decision when renting from us. For that reason we welcome and heartily encourage you to reach out if you have anything on your mind that is not answered here or, on the rest of our website.


As the saying goes... The only bad question, is one that you don't ask! We are always happy to help.


What happens if we go overtime on our trip?

You would only be charged the hourly rate we quoted you for that night! There are no extra hidden fees.


Are we allowed to smoke on the bus?

Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles, we want them to remain fresh and clean for all our customers. However, you are invited to ask your chauffeur to pull over for a "comfort break". We don't have any restrictions when it comes to how often you can stop on your trip. So, whenver it is safe to pull over, your chauffeur will be happy to oblige!


Are we allowed to drink alcohol?

It wouldn't be a party bus if you couldn't! You may drink both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the bus. However, you must ensure that everyone on board is over 21 years of age if there will be alcoholic beverages on board.


Should we clean up after?

We would like our buses to be as clean for the next guest, as they were for you, so please pick up as much as you can behind you.


Will you travel further for my special event?

While locations of greater than 50 miles may accrue additional charges, we would be happy to go wherever you are! Please let us know precisely where we will be going when calling for a quote. If you do, we can ensure that you get a 100% accurate price quote before you agree to rent.


Is a deposit required?

Yes, we do require a security deposit to be made by a credit or debit card over the phone.
